What we collect

Account data: email address, display name and authentication records held by our authentication provider.

Profile data you choose to provide: real name, company name, country, job title, biography and avatar.

Website data you submit: website name, URL, description, categories, self-reported metrics and editorial preferences.

Collaboration data: partnership proposals, messages, articles, notifications and support requests.

Security and audit data: sign-in events, moderation decisions and abuse reports.

Why we process it

To create and secure your account, to operate the content partnership marketplace, to moderate websites and content, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Marketing email is sent only where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from your account settings.

What other members can see

Your email address and real name are never shown in the marketplace. Marketplace listings are website-centric and show only the information you publish about a website.

Retention and deletion

Member-created records are soft-deleted first where retention or audit obligations apply. We aim to remove deleted personal data within approximately 90 days, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us to exercise them.
